On a journey of self discovery and navigating the world, ALISHA’s music explores a story yet to be told. Ranging from punchy electronic synths to mellow piano and vocals, ALISHA is no stranger to experimentation within her writing. Bringing that old-school pop vibe a new, refreshing light, ALISHA plays with the old and brings forth the new.For fans of Lady Gaga, Charli XCX, Rina Sawayama and MARINA.ALISHA is a mixed race, British singer, songwriter and producer, earning ‘Best Solo Artist’ in the ACC Birmingham Awards 2022. Earning a slot in the lineup for the Mostly Jazz, Funk & Soul Festival 2022, ALISHA’s trajectory has pushed her into local success in the West Midlands.Growing up with a passion for music and storytelling, ALISHA’s career began when she started performing at local open mic shows at 14 years old, in which she dipped her toes into the world of the music industry. After playing her first live gig in October 2021, ALISHA began to write her own music after self teaching herself how to produce.After the release of her debut single “Without U” in July 2022, ALISHA has continuously worked on her discography, announcing her debut EP “Electric Impulses” to be released 7th October 2022.Embracing herself as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, ALISHA ensures to make it known through her music and her songwriting exactly who she is, supporting her identity as a strong, female performer through her electric stage presence and hypnotic vocals. ALISHA’s music innovates those without a voice and inspires others to believe in themselves, no matter their background.
